You've got your own bathroom, which is a beautiful thing (all nyu dorms do this). The kitchen is a bit small, but it's great if there's only one person who needs to cook at once. The common room space is great, big with a table and couches. The bedrooms aren't the biggest, but the common room makes up for it. Really nice study space in the cellar.

Decent residence hall, has the second-latest-open dining hall on campus, which is a plus for late-night studying. Other than that, there really isn't anything noteworthy about it. Average.

U-Hall is right on 14th street near Union Square, super convenient subway station near by. The neighborhood is noisy and busy but totally safe. The rooms have a common room with a couch, chair and a breakfast table, a REALLY TINY but totally functional kitchen (with a full size fridge, stove, oven, and skin but no microwave!), and good sized bathroom, and usually 2 bedrooms of 2 people each. The bedrooms are pretty small, BUT they have walk in closets! The problem is that the desk chairs hit each other when they are both out, which is a bit uncomfortable. Most rooms have linoleum floors which make for easy cleaning with a swiffer. The building is relatively new so the rooms are pretty clean to begin with. U Hall is about a mile from campus so 8am classes are frustrating to get to, but its totally doable

University Hall is only apartment style dorms with living rooms two bedrooms a small kitchen and bathroom. Two people are in each room but the common room is actually quiet large. There is no cleaning staff, the residents themselves have to clean them so it varies room to room depending on the peoples particular cleanliness.
