As everyone already said way over priced as well as their C-store and they will charge you when you move out for just about anything. We were on the second floor and had a leak when it rained. They never found it so they just brought in loud fans every time it rained. Before that during first semester when it was still hot out they left some sort of heating coil or vent on under half of our apartment 'just an over-site' but we spent over a month where two of our bed rooms stayed over 90 degrees day and night.

This place is really nice. My biggest complaint is that they're overpriced--over $7000 for 8 months of living there. You can get an off-campus apartment of about the same quality for much less...and for 12 months. Another complaint is that, as usual, IU cut corners on the building. The paint in the rooms is super cheap, and they didnt prime the walls. In other words, when I took the 3M strips off of the wall, the paint literally ripped off like paper. It was just frustrating. It being new and on-campus was nice. Kitchen was nice minus the fact that we dont have a dishwasher. Parking is ok, but they could use more spots. 2/3 Roomies made life hell on earth but that's not IU's fault. It's a pretty quiet dorm, but people do occasionally have parties, so it's not totally quiet.

Although I have really enjoyed living here, these apartments are too expensive. We also had to deal with a number of construction related disruptions the first semester they were "opened" and have been very frustrated with lack of response to our concerns. It's very convenient to live on campus, and the majority of the area is very nice. However, RPS needs to start fulfilling promises here before it will be an amazing place to live.

I love living in Union Street Center. It's all the convenience of living on-campus while feeling like you're living in an apartment. I love having my own room. It's really easy to make it look like your own style even though all the furniture is the same. It's great to live in an apartment with other people but still have the privacy of your own room. The only downside is that the walls are pretty thin, so if there are people being loud outside the door, it's not very easy to escape it, and we've had a really big problem with the people above us being SUPER loud. Other than that, it's been really great!

These apartments were extremely clean and modern. It was nice having my own place and my own kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, and living room. The only downside was that parking was across the street and you can only control the temperature up to 74 degrees.
