lived here my freshman year... it was fantastic. Great location, great party scene, etc. RA was super cool and my floor had access to the gym on the first level too.

it was very much a loud dorm in which it was very hard to study. people were rude and did not coexist well

Although Briscoe was not the nicest dorm it sure held some great memories making its attractiveness, on the outside, not very important! It gave me the perfect dorm experience and help to make my Freshman year amazing!

This is definitely the party dorm. I wouldn't have lived anywhere else. It is being remodeled now so I will be perfect in like a year.

It was a good experience as a freshman. I would not want to live in the dorms again.

I loved living in the Briscoe-Gucker dorm at IU, and I met many friends in the year I lived there that I will have for many years to come. Overall, a great experience!

Living in Briscoe-Shoe was great! I loved it

Although Briscoe's kind of a dump (I know they're remodeling it), it was so much fun and I would not have lived anywhere else. Everyone's always hanging out and going out together. Living there made my freshman year.

I was the ra till I got fired. We went so hard every night. We pissed a lot of people off but when we needed to study we knew where to go. Great place to live and they are making then the nicest dorms on campus. And also you don't even have to go outside to use the gym. Ya that's right there is a gym where you live. Would live there and be the r.a. again any day. Way to rock it IU.

Love this place. One of the most fun places anyone could live.
