Overall the McDonald house is a great place to sleep and study, but other than that noting really goes on here. It's very quiet and the rooms are a decent size. The parking lot could be bigger than 5 spots too.

Small building of ~50 people. This enables enhanced community building. The best part is that the Dorm is located within 50 yards of the Pryzbla Center (Dining) and is within 5 minutes walk of every classroom.
