Rooms are kind of small. Parking tends to be an issue, especially in the winter months.

I loved living in this dorm! Since it is all girls, it was a great way to meet friends freshman year and it was nice having the majority of them close by! Since the only other freshman dorm had only one floor of girls, many of my friends lived with me in Schwitzer.

I was very happy with my experience in the Butler freshman dorms. The rooms were much bigger than those of many of my friends at other schools and the closets were huge!

Not bad for a Freshman dorm. It's location next to Jordan was fantastic, but the no A/C in the summer/early fall was not so great.

I enjoyed my year in Schwitzer Hall but the bathrooms were a bit dirty, and the environment, while really good for meeting new people and hanging out with the other girls in the building, wasn't the best for quiet studying.

Schwitzer Hall is the most conveniently located dorm on Butler's campus. As an all girl residence hall it is more of a home than a party venue, which is very nice. People could be more open to meet each other as this is a common complaint, but other than that there are no complaints.

Overall, good dorm. All girls, so that might be something to think about. No air conditioning, so it got hot in the upper floors during the summer.

I loved living in schwitzer hall. it was very warm and welcoming and the staff were very friendly. I felt like a family there and never once felt excluded or alone. the dorms themselves were very nice, big enough and very clean. i would have liked to have a kitchen closer, but i survived.
